I have 2 issues with my 2018 GMC. Radio that changes screens and actions by itself, and a resonating transmission. Johnson Motors service dept. dismisses the defects and skirts the underlying issues by playing ignorant. The unfortunate part is that a consumer like myself has access to media that clearly shows GM has class action lawsuits for both issues. It looks really bad when Johnson Motors plays dumb with a customer when that customer is fully aware that the issues are real and GM is avoiding reparations. Johnson Motors used to call me by name when I was in the Menomonie store, now I can't even get reasonable service using the extended warranty I purchased. Johnson and GM have a responsibility to back what they sell and operate with transparency.
