Ridiculous I got charged for half of an alignment for taking my tire off and glancing at them, you can absolutely do an alignment with what you said was a mandatory fix, felt very pressured to get the work done with you guys instead of call my trusted mechanic, and also high pressure to test drive a car I was just curious about the price on. Maria was very kind but I left with no work done and a bill.

Seeking an oil change and assumed it would take 30 mins give or take. Took just short or 2 hours. They admitted to stripping the drain plug the last time they did the change so had to correct it. But twice they came out claiming “just about ready” as time stretched on. No apology for the delay.
