I don’t need a call, I actually don’t ever want to interact with your business again. This has been the worst service experience I’ve had in a very long time. To make a long story short, my vehicle has been with you a total of 5 weeks and it’s in worse condition as when I dropped it off. 1. I asked multiple times for the tech to please drive it before I pick it up, to make sure it’s fixed. I was told twice that this happened and it did not. I can tell via my VW app when my car makes a trip. Because they failed to do that, the car failed on me multiple times resulting in multiple trips to your business. This last time I asked Joe specifically 2 times and my husband once, to please take it for a ride to ensure it’s fixed. When I was called to come get it, I asked, was it taken for a ride and Joe said “Oh yeah you’re good”. When I stated that it was driven, he then stated again “ no no you’re good”. Only to pick up the car and it failed after 9 miles of driving. I asked multiple times to please check the warning check engine light. They could never tell me what the light was indicating as they never fully checked it the first 2 visits. 2. The communication was terrible. Over a week when by and I heard nothing about the plan. I had to call, every single time to get an update. At which 4 messages were left with no call back. Chen and Sean were fantastic, Joe not so much. 3. I felt like my time and my car weren’t even close to being priority. I felt like I didn’t have a good advocate in Joe re relentless follow up with the warranty company. 4. I now can not trust the service of VW at your business. I will hopefully be picking up the car soon and will never be back. It’s a shame, for I absolutely love the car and wanted to upgrade to the Atlas someday. 5. Give Sean (Audi guy) a raise. He’s wonderful and de-escalated the situation. He’s knowledgeable and very friendly. His communication is great! 6. We want the $100 deductible back. I could make multiple more points but I’ll spare you. If you do want more detail, my husband and I would like to sit down in person with the big cheese, not over the phone.

So my receipt said I refused to have service recommendations done. I actually asked them to be done and the service member told me no, they couldn’t do it that day, so I scheduled a different day in two weeks time. It also stated my car received a car wash, and it did not, nor did I get a usual card for car wash. The service member was adequate, but informed me at least three times how he doesn’t deal with Audi, things were unfamiliar to him, and that the usual patient didn’t come in for the day. I appreciate him helping in this area, but I am also in customer service and this was a bit disappointing. I asked him for a quote on tires when I first got there, before he started looking at the vehicle. He got me two quotes and when I asked details about them he shrugged and said he really didn’t know anything about the tires or quotes given. I got more detailed and helpful information from the notes from Derek, the technician, nothing was really reviewed with me. Glad to have Derek’s help in the notes. Just disappointing, that’s all. The service person also mentioned he couldn’t wait to get out of there and be done at the start of my 3 pm appt. I can appreciate this, but not a great customer service comment. As I said, I have scheduled an appointment for follow up work. I won’t be getting my tires there, simply because it was unhelpful and I had to do my own research about the best tires, so I got them elsewhere. I’d prefer to do all my business with you, because we generally like your group. I will see how the next visit goes. Thank you for asking.

While at the checkout desk and payment, the representative did not have a face mask on. There was a plastic barrier between the representative and myself but I did not feel completely comfortable when he was not masked behind the desk. He did place his mask back on when he came around the corner, but I feel like a mask should be worn at all times while with a customer, even with a barrier between us. If he takes his mask off when a customer is not with him, I could care less, but don't feel like it was appropriate. Thank you
