Damien was fantastic today, along with Justin and Jameson. They greeted me as soon as I arrived and explained the situation thoroughly and honestly in regards to what was going on with my Explorer. I recently had a recall for a toe link and something was off when I drove on ice and/or snow.
Damien was sincere and very clear, which I greatly appreciate. He assured me the vehicle would not leave the premises until the issue was resolved. They were true to their word and that’s why I’ll continue doing business with Kocourek.

Back window wiper was marked as satisfactory. It was showing wear with some splitting. I asked about it when checking out but was told the technician is very thorough. I’ll need to get it replaced. All else was fine.

Work done well and in less time than expected. Very happy , but we also have a KIA Soul serviced right across the street from Ford . They wash my Car ! Ford has never offers that . It was 38 degrees out today and my F150 was and still is Super Dirty. That is my only negative comment .
I came in to get my oil changed but was incredibly surprised with the full vehicle inspection!! I will absolutely be continuing to come back for the amazing service and workmanship.
