Saili was great. She greeted me upon my arrival, listened to the issue that my RDX was exhibiting, gave me insight into possible causes/related tsb and explained the process. She gave me an estimate on the completion time and arranged transportation to my job. My RDX was ready and waiting in the estimated time. Thank you Saili.

To be honest, I was BETOND satisfied with the service I received from Damny and the technicians at Esserman VW. This was only my second service with my 2014 VW Jetta as I had done my first one last year at South Motors VW and the differences were beyond clear. Thank you to Danny and all of your staff and due to how they treated me like family, you guys have a customer for life
