Please be completely clear that Pedro was great and his customer service was excellent, but unfortunately I cannot be completely satisfied as the shop was very careless. I had an oil change and adblue DEF . It was the adblue liquid where the shop was very careless, they made a mess in the trunk spilling the liquid not only around the cap and tube but on the carpet of the trunk . This is unacceptable and when I noticed after taking the car went back and the service department was already closed as it was Saturday .
