One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had and I have bought alot of cars. Bait and swap on things promised by the manager. We agreed to something and the next day I showed up to pick up the car and they totally changed what we agreed to and didn’t bother to call me to discuss and just thought I wouldn’t notice. I had witnesses but they chose to take the low road and not tell the truth or at least own up to. This is why people hate going to dealer. Old school mentality. Also no one said anything about adding in this Sentry auto theft protection until I questioned it. They said I had to take it as part of the deal that it is built into EVERY deal as standard. IS THAT TRUE? Nope it’s not according to my lawyer. I had to contact your office today to get a copy because they didn’t give me a copy of that paper. I would like that $299 refunded and I expect you to follow up on this. And since you asked for this review I expect someone to call me to discuss this. Let’s see if you do. Social media reviews and ratings are key to your business. You can do better.

I appreciated the extra effort expended by and others in shifting my 1:30 PM initial appointment to an 8:30 AM. The change enabled my wife to followthrough on a need to transport 2 of her handicapped senior citizen friends at 2:00 PM to an event in Perkasie, PA. Thanks for the service staff enabling their schedule to be kept.

I had arranged online for a valet pick up and no one showed to pick up car. I had to call and was told ghat the system was not yet working right. This should not be the case after 3 + months having to deal with this social distancing. Please improve this option for future online bookings.
