I had to call 6 times today to try and find out when car would be done. Had to call sales dept sibce bo response from service. On Wednesday they said part would be in Friday. It wasn't in until Saturday. They should have given a loaner card or told me before I dropped car off

very lax with wearing masks, customers walking around without them and employees only wearing partially at various times. posted rules about masks not being followed at all. had to wait for my car, as a high risk person it is uncomfortable and does not feel safe.

One customer service rep had his face covering down both when I dropped off my car and picked it up. This was the young man next to Dan. Of course in this time we all should protect eachother by covering our faces in any public places. I work in a hospital and need to wear a N95 mask all day except for when eating and drinking, and I understand it can be uncomfortable but it is our responsibility to protect each other. Otherwise my experience was perfect!

I had to pay more than I was quoted over the phone for a key fob. I am not happy about the dishonesty. A refund of the difference to me would be the right thing to do.
