Jesse is very direct with information while maintaining a friendly and cooperative demeanor. This makes it not only easy to talk to him but doesn’t waste time.
Mechanic changed oil which means they had to lift the hood. There were a bunch of leaves and dirt covering intake vents for fresh air intake under the hood. I would think someone working on the car would have thought to clean these out

I was told I needed two tires replaced. This was untrue as verified by the facility I purchased them from.
I received a quote of ~$830 to have two wheel bearings replaced. I’m getting them done for $300 at another facility.
I am buying another car soon.

The car was delivered absolutely filthy. I had not had the chance to drive it before the delivery driver hit the deer. The vehicle pulls to the right so whom ever test drove failed. Told two weeks to get an appointment that is not very concerned.

I was happy with the customer service Terry provided. The oil change took 2.5 hours to complete even though I had an appointment scheduled. When I got my car back it had been run through the car wash, but because it was air dried there were water/soap spots all over the car. There was also some type of liquid that was smeared all over the leather interior of my car. It looked filthy. So I wasn’t very happy with the oil change, but I do appreciate Terry’s positive attitude.
