Scott Voyzey was amazing!! I was out of town when my car needed serviced and he made sure that he had an appointment available. Scott also talked to my husband in Virginia on the phone so he would know what was going on (and so he would get the correct information) He was also able to get the part in that was needed for my vehichle and my car was fixed a day earlier than expected. I now feel that I am able to drive my vehicle back to Virginia safely. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
The only reason I am not satisfied is because when I bought the vehicle the message came up that the washer fluid was low, they said they would take care of that before I picked it up. They didn’t. Then when I dropped it off for this work I told them the message is still showing up and they said they would take care of it. They didn’t again.

As I was giving a second change to earn your trust in servicing a vehicle at fred beans Ford they have failed again.. First time haveing a wheels lug not completley loose and finding tools in engine compartment is not acceptable at all.. Now for the second time asking I asked for specific services to be done and they have not been completed but when ai asked if it was done I was told yes sir. This is not acceptable at all and will not be for sure coming back for service or any other business. Very poor management and service.
The service team was excellent. They took the car in the day after my call, and serviced it promptly. But they did not discover why the battery completely died. No fault codes showing. This is not a reflection on the service team, but we have lost confidence in the car, since we do not know if it is going to die again.
