Terrible service. So bad that we traded our Ford today for a non-Ford. Will never do business with Fred Beans Ford again.
The staff at Fred Beans Kia has never let me down. Communication with Brian was easy to change some requests for the appointment. I never have to worry that I’ll get great service from Brian, George and the team.

I couldn’t believe that a free oil change cost almost $40. $50 for labor is ridiculous. I can get an oil change at many other auto service centers for $20-30.

Lost my registration.....After losing my key a year ago. When I drop my car off the mats and all vacuum were clean. Got it back car needed to be vacuum and car mats were muddy. Also I had 600 and something miles on my car and when I got it back it had 900 miles. I Got the car in July 20th. No way did I put 900 miles on my car.
