Wheter the extra service was needed or not, the way it is presented in the documentation and how it was presented to me is decietful and gives me the perception that honest service is not the goal of this particular dealership. The experience at this Fred Beans is completely differnt than the other Fred Beans dealerships/service centers I use, and unfortunately gives me pause to recommend Fred Beans.

I always get great service at Fred beans Subaru. They always communicate the status of my vehicle and give me up front details about an cost.
I believe the tire on my new Sante Fe was just patched although I though a new tire would be a better solution

They said i needed new pads and rotors so worn down needed to be replacec.. i took immediately to my own mechanic and he said i wouldn't new rear brake pads for at least 3000 more miles and there was nothing wromg with my rotors. Sounds like frad to me.

Came in for an oil change. Jason was very nice and didn’t push any of the recommendations of the technician on me. Also asked him if they could take a look at something outside of the oil change and they did it without hesitation.
