Jack did an awesome job managing the process in some hard times. The lengthy process was a little frustrating, but having been provided a loaner car, it was not unacceptable.
I understand there’s some problem with sourcing parts out of Germany right now? My guess is that’s to blame for the small amount of dissatisfaction I have, rather than anyone at Fred Beans.

I saw 2 service techs walking around inside with masks off and one lady walking around with her mask pulled down. That shouldn't be allowed. Follow the law.

I was under the impression that when I brought my car in for a service. It would be washed- and it wasn’t.
Christopher has been very helpful since my car has needed a lot of service lately. He’s personable and goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right and in a timely manner.
Unfair and unreasonable charge for “Customer Pay Envirmt/Supplies for Repair Order of $12.71 for basically installing “stickers” on sidesills. The amount was almost more than the tax. “Resolved” by management in form of service credit for future visits, but I am not happy about having to potentially pay this money grab in the future. This fee really adds up over time.
Gentleman at service desk was wonderful.

Although I have had to return the truck for the same problem, I do believe legitimate efforts were made to correct the problem.
Do wonder what sanitizing efforts are undertaken for work performed in the interior, as there were no indications of cleaning or covering?

I waited almost 3 hours for my car to be inspected. I also expect my car to be washed. It wasn’t.
