Charles was great. He communicated well with me throughout the service process. He guided me on his knowledge of what I was feeling with the transmission. The car is running great and all of my concerns have been fixed.

My car was in for the week and Friday I was told that you couldn’t find the part in the us and then Monday it was completed . I had to extend insurance on a car that I had because I was afraid that the car would be done . I felt like the communication was odd and not there when i called earlier in the week because no one had called me . The repair seems fine so car is okay

I think you should turn on the sxm radio to test the signal before delivery of any new vehicle. Glad the radio is being replaced but disappointed that a brand new car has a bad radio.
When I purchased the new car, I was told that it came with lifetime FREE inspections. They tried to get me to pay for the sticker. Then, after that was resolved, I was told I owed 40+ dollars for the emissions test. I told the man that i didn't need or approve the test, and he said it was a state wide law. I corrected him that it was only mandated in high population areas, and he said I live in Mechanicsburg, so i had to have it done. He later found out that they had me listed at an incorrect address. Then when one of the mechanics went out to remove the sticker, he discovered that the sticker had never been applied, but I was still going to be charged. Several people agreed with me, but NO ONE ever offered an apology. Seemed to be obvious attempts to cheat me. Very poor attitude shown in the waiting room by your people who didn't want to admit they were wrong.
