Dan always does an excellent job in getting the work that I need done on my car completed in a timely fashion. He takes the time to explain anything that needs to be taken care of and, with my agreement, has the work completed quickly so I can be on my way. I am very pleased that he is my contact at Fred Beans Nissan.

I spoke with Brian this morning because when I was there on Friday 1/31/20 for oil change and tire rotation the techs alerted him that my tires were worn so Brian did offer new tires. I declined new tires and the techs mistakenly forgot to rotate my tires so Brian offered a refund. He is very pleasant and accommodating.

When I left my car with the attendant, he turned on the car, and left it running for 20 minutes before taking it back. Service was extended by about 45 minutes, without any notification to me what was causing the delay. I waited in the lobby the entire time.

Jack was friendly and pleasant to deal with, but his attention to detail on my car was lacking. He did eventually resolve an issue, but it took him three tries to get it right.
