everyone at Fred **** should know I would like my car fixed appropriately and stop being put in the middle of a problem that someone could fix and just chooses not to with No added Cost to the client which would be ME!!! I brought my car in working although there were flaws with my system but it worked. Now I have no touch system, no radio, no car charger and no display. Just getting the run around from FORD, then having thrown back in my face it didn’t work appropriately anyway it was a pre-existing issue. With that said the touch screen worked, the radio worked and the display and car charger worked and well as my blue tooth and now I have NOTHING. If you would like me to be satisfied. Get approval from Ford and put the appropriate equipment/software back in my car so my touchscreen comes back to it original use. Kindest regard AMY M

I am in the market to buying a small pick up and you don’t have one what a shame so I have to go somewhere else like Ford or Honda get what I want I think you used to have a pick up somewhere in the past years and it’s too bad you don’t have one now

He is the best since Craig zoppa. He notifies you when your vehicle is in the shop. Calls with cost estimate. Calls when done. Not like some of the service advisors. Friendly, smiles, and treats your with respect. He gets a A+ in my book.
