Waited an hour only to be told the pay wasn’t in stock. Seems i I could have been told that after five minutes. This car is one month old and I fear it’sa lemon. It seems to be having several electronics issues.

The service department is always great, no complaints. However, I should not have been to the service department 5+ times since getting my car in August. I feel that Fred Beans puts cars on the lot to sell without doing the inspections they claim they do.

Professional and courteous staff
I dropped my car off at 8:00 Monday morning and was told that it would be done that day. I needed a recall repaired and oil changed. I received a call at 10:00 suggesting some maintenance to be done. I denied the work and they said that they would call me later when it was done. I called in around 2:30 to see what time I could pick it up. I said that I would be in the area at 5:30, and was told that it would definitely be finished by then. The person I talked to said Jon would call me with an update. I never heard anything and was there at 6:00 to pick it up. I learned when I got there that my car was not finished and no one there at that time knew anything about. I was off work on Monday for a medical reason but needed to be there on Tuesday. I was very disappointed that I never received any word or any information at all that my car would not be completed that day. I don’t think that there is any excuse as to why they couldn’t have let me know. There was no problem getting ahold of me when they wanted to do extra work on my car. Even a text would of better than nothing. I am grateful that the gentleman that I spoke to when I was there to pick my car up, set me up with a loaner so I could get to work on Tuesday. I was glad for that but it was something that should not of happened. Very disappointed.
