Matt, your service manager provided we with outstanding service today. I have had three bad experiences with your service department the past year.. I now notice a few new employees and a new service manager, and this I am sure will provide the service customers expect. Jack and your mechanics are really good st their jobs. Unfortunately I was told that because my VW Beetle is a diesel car, it will probably keep having emission problems unless I drive it about 50 miles a day on the highway. I have s job 9 miles from home so I don’t know what to do. I bought the car about 8 months ago and it’s been at Beans for almost 4 of those months waiting for a part. Wr’ see what happens I guess.

Excellent experience! Treated in a friendly, professional manner. Concern assessed and rectified immediately; important to note that four or five visits to other dealers could not rectify the problem. Fred Beans took about an hour! Phenomenal!
