I arrived early for my appointment and was taken promptly, all services were clearly explained to me and expertly completed.

I have the email that says my car would be washed and vacuumed. That did not happen. No problems with staff. They were wonderful!

Mark was patient in helping me understand the situation with my car. He was also accommodating of my concerns to take extra precautions with pickup by allowing me to pick up my car from the lot rather than having to come into the building. It was a good “social distancing” option to keep your staff safer, myself, and everyone during this higher risk time.
The charge line issue was checked but not fixed. The charge prong is not operational and the issue wasn’t fixed. The service tech was also not there to talk with which is fine, but at some point it needs to be fixed. The service representative was very friendly and said that if it doesn’t work, they will take care of it next time. I know things are crazy right now, not upset, just wanted to let you know that I wasn’t completely satisfied.
I will be back when my lease gets towards the end!!!

Calvin in service was great. Truck got fixed and done in a timely manor.
They saw I was in a hurry and worked with me to get me in and out. Very impressed.
Jack was very thorough, accommodating, and professional. I felt very comfortable with his service and him taking care of my vehicle. The entire service area and waiting area was very clean and relaxing. I wanted to thank Jack for assisting me in such a speedy and accommodating manner this morning.
