I feel that I was over charged for the work that was needed and unnecessary work to my car was encouraged dishonestly. We are loyal dealership customers and are second guessing continuing service because we feel the dealership really tried to rope us into unnecessary repairs.

I have a weird rattle
Coming from engine and they couldn’t hear or diagnose... would have liked that resolved... but she didn’t make noise for tech
This service was okay. The labor costs especially for the spark plug replacement was high. The issue was that I made an appointment online and the dealership didn’t have it scheduled. Sara did a great job getting the work completed. However there were items that she raised that were not raised previously (radiator flush) which could have been managed earlier.
I will still bring the car back to ****’s. Sara did a good job.
