Ask your sales manager,service manager. Bought used Honda Pilot. Charged me $100 for brakes when the vehicle would not pass safety inspection. Want my $100 back. Also ran out of gas on waty home and next morning had flat tire. Inspection sticker was placed on vehicle but brakes failed, emission charcoal canister failed.
Brad was extremely understanding and helpful.

Ray was great, However, I think your prices are ridiculous. It seems like every time I bring my vehicle to a Fred beans dealership I get bend over the coals. I know I needed a battery but was still charged a test fee of $67 plus at $100 to replace wipers really. Wow
