The coupon we used helped to lower the total bill and we as senior citizens appreciated it. Jordan had his mask on when he picked up our car and put plastic on the seat etc. All good! Thank you. Vehicle was dropped off for inspection and a well known 9-speed transmission check/ rough shift issue and $1700+ later, the vehicle sits in your bay and is no longer drivable due to noise the vehicle never had before. At least Fred Beans will be footing the bill the rest of the way with this issue!

My interaction was fine with the service staff. It's very frustrating to have to bring a vehicle in 3 times for the same problem. You lose faith in the mechanics and service agents that care for your vehicle. Rich handled the situation professionally.
