I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Fred Beans. Everyone was courteous and friendly and I appreciated the informative phone call about my car’s service.
Rafael was great, but overall I was not happy with my experience. I made an appointment to get my car detailed and over the phone the person I was speaking to told me that scratches would be able to be taken out by getting my car detailed. When I picked up my car the scratches were still there and I was told at that service person was wrong and that the detail would not get scratches off. I wasted $230 out of my pocket for service that I would not have paid for had I known that it was not going to get the scratches out of my car. Instead I have to get a quote from a third-party through the dealership to see if the scratches will be removed and how much more it will cost me. I don’t look for handouts but I don’t feel as if though the situation was made right. I feel like I will definitely go to a different dealership in the future as this was not my first frustrating encounter here. Rafael is new from another dealership and he did his best to accommodate me, but I do not feel as if though the dealership had my best interest at hand when I paid for a service and did not get the expected results and I was given incorrect information.

Chris was respectful and did whatever he was allowed to do to make the situation better. Took 3 visits to be told I have a $1600 problem. Spent money the last 3 visits that was a waste. It's a shame dealerships are this way. People don't have money to burn Fred.

I can honestly say I am more than pleased with the service from my salesman to the service dept.
I work at a different dealership & know where I work they do NOT treat their customers the way Fred Beans does, I will come back when it’s time to trade in my lease in 2021,

I expected inspection, oil chanchange and tire rotation not a pkg without explaining itprior. Learned afterward savings with that pkg. I'm satisfied. Thank you
