My service experience exceeded my expectations
Thanks for your help, setting me up in that office space so I could jump on a conference call without disturbing other customers, and for applying the coupon that popped up in my email after I'd already checked in.

Comfortable on time service!
Came in for oil change and possible nail in tire.
Low tire pressure indicator came on dash.
They filled air in tires and checked for leaks.
When they were all done and I got car, low tire pressure

My service guy was very nice. Ray. He brought my cat up to me and explained the bill. Fought to get me the biggest discount. Would be nice if Fred Beans vacuumed out your car upon giving it back. Another glide alert I bought a car from did that. It was very nice.

As always, Jesse provided excellent customer service with the upmost care. I had brought the car in for a recall and learned there was a problem with the rear brakes. Jesse ensured it was taken care of at a very reasonable price. Another satisfying experience with Fred Beans car service!
About 1.5 hours after finishing my service I recieved an email from Fred Beans offering 25% off service between now and June 30th. Considering i just spent almost $300 in service today this would have saved me ~$75 if offered at the time I recieved my service rather than after. Since I've been coming to Fred **** for all the service for my truck, I find this in poor taste especially if Cory or others in the service department knew about this discount but didn't offer it at the time.
We are pleased with the service our vehicles receive at Fred Beans Ford. Charles Pavloff communicates the diagnostics performed and the necessary work to be done. He makes sure we are informed. Thank you
