I had an appointment at 8:30am and my car was not ready until 12pm. I left my car and came back at 10:45am and my car was still sitting and Had not even been touched. I understand things happen and I understand if people get backed up a little, but 2 hours and 15 mins later and my car is still sitting. Not sure what went wrong, but my time was truly wasted. The guy who did my intake was very helpful and knowledgeable. That was the only thing that was fast.

Did not complete nor provide service as promised. Battery was marked with green meaning checked and ok at that time. The next day my car would not start. Tow service came noted that battery probably was not checked at all. Lawrence convinced me to pay for brake check as I complained about Heavy squeaky noise when uphill and turns. He promised to test drive to find out what is the issue. In an extreme short time he said car ready for pick up. There is NO diagnosis of the issue. Just a measurement of what’s left 6 mm. He did not answer my question nor provide the service I paid for $39.95. He covered himself and wrote different request down on invoice. He lied. I was never shown the estimate papers prior. Poor and dishonest service. Need file complaint And dispute !!! Destroy Honda’s reputation.
