I bought a Fit from you. I was going out of town, called the day before and asked if I could bring my car For the first service. Was told no they can’t fit me in. I had to go pay $100 for an oil change elsewhere. Then was called 3 x about my first service. Brought it in this morning. The service was done an hour after promised and they had no new fuel pump for the recall. Have to come back tomorrow morning. Doesn’t make me feel like there is good communication amongst the departments.

I asked for a car rental, and Mr Gomez refused to provide me with one because he said it would be too much work for him, and gave several reasons why he would not provide me with one. I told him that I read the mailed notice for the recall, and that it stated that I had the right to request for a car rental. I planned on writing a complaint about Mr. Gomez because of his lack of customer service, and lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Mr. Gomez comes across as having a sense of entitlement because he has been working with Honda for so long, and makes me feel like I am inconviniance to him, as a customer. The service I received at this dealership only makes me think negatively of Honda as a service, as a product, and as a Brand. Now I think Toyota is better than Honda, and Honda just seems to be as bad as all other american car dealerships. I am glad you made it easy to give feedback from my experience at the dealership, because Otherwise I would not have done so. Most Other companies make it difficult and time consuming to give feedback, so I dont bother. But I received such demeaning customer service here, I dont want other Honda owners to go through the same thing.I hope Mr. Gomez is either fired, or demoted to a position where he has no customer interactions. Maybe he would be better suited as a mechanic. Good luck San Francisco Honda. Just be glad this letter isnt going to corporate. I will be taking my Vehicle to another Honda dealership in the future for recalls. My horrible experience here, and complete lack of concern by the employees, is exactly why I dont get any services from Hondas authorized dealerships, and why I tell everyone on my social media to STAY AWAY from Honda Dealerships.

Aaron was great. I do think the labor costs of $300 were high given all that was needed was the installation of a $20. But the staff were courteous, communicative and professional through the whole process

The car got back in a good running condition. It seems a brand new car as I drive it now. I am so glad. He did it what exactly I asked or even more I guess, he had checked everything was necessary. Thank you for Multi-point Inspections. I appreciate it so much. I am indeed fully satisfied.

Had fluids exchanged, spark plugs replaced and inspection performed. Inspection report noted that wipers needed to be replaced. I literally bought new wiper blades and replaced them 2 days prior. While I don’t necessarily doubt the remaining findings on my inspection, it does make me call into question those findings when you can’t recognize that there are brand new wiper blades on the vehicle.
