I have been a customer with American Honda for more than 10 years now , I had many opportunities to work with a lot of people and service personnel, with Tommy I have been constantly in touch for any issues I might have come across and he is my go to guy for more than 6 years now , he is good with me and he cares about all around issues we may have as humans or costumers and he is a great asset for your company. Booking on phone was a disaster. They booked me in at 1245 at 9th ave which was closed. This ended up wasting an hour of my time.
