Tyrone was great but the team was not able to fix my passenger window. They could not recreate the issue. I have to continue with a faulty window until it fails completely before the team there can help. Possibly just a rule they have to follow but it leaves me in a lurch.
Rey was super helpful! He helped get an ongoing issue resolved. Hopefully it’s permanently fixed or I will be back. I went to the sunset and then the marina location. They told me nothing was wrong, but Folsom team was able to diagnose the issue.
