Not only was there an issue with the instruction I had been given about how long my service would take, when I picked up my car the work was not completed. They left an alert on my dashboard and I ended up having to go into your shop in the Mission to have it fixed. I honestly couldn’t have been less happy with my service experience.
Rick was very courteous throughout...greeting me when I arrived & waiting in my car, let me know the status on the service and went out of his way to help me figure out how to use my GPS.
