Labor charges exceeded the work done. New keys is all I required for my lock service agent informed that when the door was taken apart and then put back together it was discovered the keys that they had made didn’t work so they had to do it again which incurred additional labor costs which I was charged.
Vic was extremely helpful, and took the time to explain everything to me, including work being done today, as well as work that needs to be done in the future. Very satisfied. Thank you!
