I made it clear that I wanted the busted rear lights fixed but it was not and it even got worse. This is actually the third time it happened every time I had my car serviced. I'm seriously considering buying a Toyota next time.

My car was serviced excellently well!! It drove off so smooth. It drives like its new. Whoever worked on my car did a fantastic job.
I had to wait what seemed like a long time before there was a representative available to talk with me about my car. Everything else went well. I wish that there were representatives after hours to explain the charges on the bill though.
