It was not clear why the shop performed a 3 year Maintenance schedule on a 2016 HR-V that has only 12 K miles Is this indicated?

9th Ave SF Honda was able to quickly diagnosed the problem with my car was a bad fuse and quickly replaced it. I got my car back at the end of the day. It was very prompt service. ????
