Michael kept me well informed through what turned out to be a hard to diagnose problem. He also didn’t pressure me to fix all of the issues they discovered, which I appreciated.

We werent able to get everything fixed that I wanted. I have to come back multiple times to achieve this now. Im also not sure on how the follow up of letting me know when you have my items to fix my car is going to work.
