It took 3 days for service to get my car fixed and with no loaner car.
I did not agree for SF Honda to call and text me to try to sell me a new car.
I am happy and contended with the customer service that I got from SF Honda. Rey Gomez delivered an excellent and superb customer service. I will definitely come back and refer this location to my other friends. Thank you.
Besides the stereo problem, I had told about a nail in rear tire to fix. My car was taken at 11. At 330 I was told tire guy is loaded and can not fix. Also, stereo issue part wasn’t available so basically I wasted my day and got nothing done. If I was told earlier about tire guy being busy, I could’ve left sooner.
Tyrone was great. Very calm and nice and not pushy. Everyone there was great. I can’t believe they can manage to make all those cars fit in such a small space
