I had a good service on time and very professional.
I wasn't aware there was only one shuttle. I was then told it would be back in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, I was told it would be back in 20 minutes. I was late to work.
Ace was a true customer service professional. Providing timely and accurate estimates on when the service would be completed and how much it would cost. So appreciate it!
Lawrence and Ace are thorough, punctual, professional, and helpful. Ace helped me over the phone last week to explain the next steps after my car has been hit. And today, Lawrence was super informative and answered all my questions about my first oil change. Both guys are really approachable and kind. I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve always been happy to come here because of the staff.
