I asked for an oil change since my car was having two recalls serviced the other day. Even though, Kevin Linder took my keys to check mileage and other info from my car before I signed any papers or paid any money. He failed to tell me, my car did not need an oil change for another 3,000 + miles!!! That’s poor customer service in my experience, most car servicing companies and Honda of Fresno, where I purchased the vehicle and have had it serviced through the years, their customer service employees have always called me (before completing any service to my car that DID NOT need to be done) to notify me that I did not need an oil change & if I would still want one. Again, anybody who touched my car or took my money (Kevin Linder) failed to do this. That’s greedy and tacky, Poor Customer Service!
