Chris Abernathy provided excellent customer service. At the recommendation of a neighbor who has been using San Francisco Honda’s services for a number of years, I was so grateful to Chris for taking on my old 1993 Toyota corolla to troubleshoot a recurring and challenging problem. I appreciated how he kept me informed during the diagnostic process and then making a determination as to what needed to be repaired. I also appreciated his assistance in determining which repairs took priority and extending discounts on some of the work. I look forward to continuing using San Francisco Honda’s services.

Ty is a great guy, very transparent in both vehicle diagnosis and pricing, I really trust him and his advice, and have been happy with all the work we've had done at 9th Ave Honda. I also felt like the team was taking health and safety seriously, and felt good both in the office and in my car afterwards.

The diagnostic cost should never be as much as it was. I called 3 other places and they said it was wrong to have been charged for that . There was no fix at all. And no other options presented. I will not be coming back

I come to San Francisco Honda service center on 16th and Folsom for the professionally and customer service I received there. I will not go anywhere else but here. I appreciate their hard work and the effort they put into making the car run, plus they take the time to answer my questions and concerns.
