At the recommendation of a neighbor who has been using San Francisco Honda’s services for a number of years, I was so grateful to Chris for taking on my old 1993 Toyota corolla to troubleshoot a recurring and challenging problem. I appreciated how he kept me informed during the diagnostic process and then making a determination as to what needed to be repaired. I also appreciated his assistance in determining which repairs took priority and extending discounts on some of the work. I look forward to continuing using San Francisco Honda’s services.

The diagnostic cost should never be as much as it was. I called 3 other places and they said it was wrong to have been charged for that . There was no fix at all. And no other options presented. I will not be coming back
I come to San Francisco Honda service center on 16th and Folsom for the professionally and customer service I received there. I will not go anywhere else but here. I appreciate their hard work and the effort they put into making the car run, plus they take the time to answer my questions and concerns.
