Rey was extremely supportIve in helping us with our Accord which had to be towed to the shop. He communicated well by phone, took responsibility for having the technician diagnose the problem, and followed through with the repair in a timely manner. We were relieved the car was in good hands and that we didn’t have to worry about the repair being done right. Rey is an excellent partner in keeping our car running at its best.

I made one phone call to another mechanic to get a second estimate and it was half the price for the recommended work. Every time I’m come to Honda SF they recommend work 3x the estimate when i drop off. I feel powerless in a situation where i know little about automotive and it makes me feel like i should go elsewhere.

He was prompt, clear about procedures to be followed during this coronavirus period. He was friendly (have had his service before also), professional. I pulled in without an appointment after my car was jump started by AAA, and pulled out within the time he specified, at the cost quoted, and with a new battery. I was pleased with his and the Honda service.
