The glove box was not reatttached prior to my picking up the car, but because it was closed I didn’t recognize it until I opened it and the contents all fell out! It required a trip back to the service center. Staff was very responsive and apologetic and quickly installed it. Lastly, and this may be a little petty, but we paid $7k for some major repairs and car wash would have been a nice touch. Just saying. We are and will continue to be loyal to SF Honda.
