I did not know the shop closed exactly at 6pm. I talked to Tyrone at 5:15pm And said I was on my way. I had to walk and take the bus and missed Ty by 6 minutes and then had to walk back home—45 blocks. A heads up call that he was leaving would have been appreciated.

The full message did not come through regarding my satisfaction. You replaced my tires and the low pressure light came on mid way through my 350 mile trip after I picked up the car. However, there is appropriate pressure in the tires. You provided an additional keyless remote also. The low battery warning came on this morning. Very disappointed.
