The time estimate is consistently off. I usually have to wait an additional half hour to an hour with no updates as to when my car will be ready. Other than that the people working there are friendly and courteous.

Eric did a excellent job checking me in, understanding what I needed, and later conveying additional information about the status of my brakes. He has a great demeanor, making me feel very comfortable handing my car over to his care. He’s a keeper.

Tommy was very helpful during my visit. He was polite, informative. He made sure I was aware of some service that was due to be completed. I was visiting from out of state and he even recommended a nearby place to visit while I waited for the services to be completed. He went above and beyond, and honestly is the best person I’ve ever interacted with from Honda in the year I’ve had my vehicle.
