I was overcharged for a B1 service maintenance and they couldn’t give me a proper breakdown of the charges before or after. I basically paid three times the amount for labor, which doesn’t take long to get the service I came for and I was upsold on things my car didn’t really need. My car is BRANDNEW with barely 15k miles on it and I paid an amount as if it was a Lexus. I was not happy at all.

Excellent communication before and during my appointment, and good service, thank you. Some technicians were not wearing masks and many at the service center were not wearing gloves. I received a video by email from Honda before my appointment that everyone would be in masks and gloves. Excellent service is the most important thing, but we’re still in this pandemic, and it’s important to continue to demonstrate safety again the virus. Thank you.
