I was charge for a diagnostic service . I agree on that no problem but , when I asked tommy if something else was wrong he said no and to be sure he checked on customer vehicle information sheet and he said nothing else . The thing is that the sheet and customer information is not mine it is belong to another customer so my information is with somebody else and I pay for a service and I don’t even have my correct information. I know you are busy but if I pay 585.00 for a service at least I want be sure that they did the right work .
