Juan was excellent, but the experience booking the appointment was ridiculous. I was transferred back and forth between service and parts so many times and had to figure out what I needed myself. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. I was then told prices way above what I was told on the phone which I had written down. Finally a manager took care of it and moved me to Juan who took good care of me. In the end the situation was corrected, however the situation was stressful and annoying.
