Well when I first arrived to the Honda service center, I never was greeted although people seen me standing there. I had a 12:30pm appointment and I stood there before I said something to one of the advisors. Aaron was busy at the time and there were about 3 additional advisor that were located in the front. One advisor kept walking by me and still never greeted me. Then Aaron looked up from his computer and asked me have I been helped yet. I then responded no and he assisted me with dropping my car for an oil change. He also made me aware of other things that potentially needed to be done with my car. The conclusion was that Aaron was overall great but the acknowledgement is key even if you aren’t able to help at that very moment.

Aaron was great, however a few hours after I left I received an unsolicited text message from a random phone number trying to sell me a car “upgrade”. Not only is this rude, but it is a *huge* breach of privacy — I trusted that my private contact info would be safeguarded with high integrity, but I see this clearly must be a dirty side business for this Honda service center. Full SMS text message below.
“Stuart this is David from SF Honda. I got a notification that you qualify to upgrade your vehicle. Are you interested to trade in?”

Lawrence Wong provides excellent service. Lawrence is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and is truly customer focused.
The price was much higher than the Walnut Creek Honda. I was lucky enough to call them and check with them. SF brach matched the price.
I wish you had a better inventory system so that you knew whether Honda is still making certain parts so that we did not have to waste three days finding out
