The excellent customer service provided by Ace Ravago is much appreciated, and I always and always will, bring my car into that Honda service center. Service advisor made several efforts to find the root cause of the problem. I took the car several times to the service shop snd Rey made sure that s service tech roadtest the car with me riding along. The sluggish sccekeration was not observed but the service tech hesrd thr clanging noise which was one of the i issues. I took the van to the service center and Rey rode with me to fo another road test to find out the cause of the sluggish acceleration. Rey noticed the skuggish acceleration as we drove off and told me thst its the transmission. I btought the van back to honda service this monday snd Rey made sure that the van was immediately serviced. The van was released before the time initislly promised. Our Odyssey is now running smoothly. Will bring it back to honda service once the next scheduled maintenance is due.

1. Initial comment of inspecting battery was that “it would be a $199 diagnostic fee”. 2. I requested but did not receive written estimate on multi-point inspection items that “required immediate attention.”
