Aaron Wong was excellent in every conceivable respect. His turn-around time estimate was accurate, as were his work scope and cost estimates. In addition, he answered all my questions, guided me in setting up Bluetooth for my phone, and even provided detailed instructions concerning what kind of recharger cord I should buy so my wife and I can utilize the USB ports, finishing our interaction with an invitation to call him with any questions or concerns, something I will very likely do.

Arron was great an took care of everything. If I was in any way inclined to have someone other than myself service my vehicles, San Francisco Honda would have my vote. Unfortunately for you, but not for me, it is just easier, faster and cheaper to do it myself. Warranty is another thing altogether and also when insurance is paying for it.
Aaron is a delightful person to deal with. He tells you what needs to be done and how long it will take Snd that is what happens.
