Tommy was an excellent service advisor who spent the time to patiently explain each recommended service. He answered our questions and followed through with the servicing and reported back to us within the time he promised. When we mentioned that we might want to check out new cars at the Honda showroom on Van Ness, he went the extra mile and called over for us to connect to someone there and have them expect us. Tommy is competent and an asset to the Honda service experience. Thank you!
