Greg did an excellent job keeping me updated on service status. The service was done on time.
I left my car at 9AM and got it back more than 6 hours later. It was an excessive amount of time. The people were great. My issues were addressed. It just took too long!
The car hood was not latched securely when I left. I noticed it on the feeeway driving home. That was scary. Also I purchased the car doc services plan and was under the impression everything was covered for three years. I was surprised by the $169 charge for changing some oil for the 4wd. I feel like I bought the coverage so I wouldn’t need to pay anything for three years. Why don’t you just add that in if it is a normal service?

I just wanted/specified the basic 30k mike service and was charged $1150 for things I didn’t want. I refused the service and will not be returning.

Aaron Wong was extremely helpful before the appointment, researching the warranty coverage. He was prompt returning calls. He gave me full information as needed. He also printed out the warranty papers for me to keep, since my papers had been stolen. He was helpful at the appointment and called with updates on the work. He promised to followup up on some other issues. I was very pleased with his professional but friendly service.
I was satisfied however I never received a text letting me know that my car was ready :(
