Aaron is always so professional. He provided information that I needed to know about the problem of my car. Aaron provided timely updates for me to make decision on all the repairs. He left instructions to his coworker to take care of my car when he was out of the office. I always make sure to make appointment with Aaron before coming in to have my care serviced. Upon arrival Rey assisted me quickly. Waiting time for service took longer than expected, I had waited 2.5 hours for change oil only. Overall I’m satisfied when Rey told me my battery and tires needs a replacement ASAP. I decided to just do the service some other time because I was thinking it will take more time to wait. I don’t want to spend another hour to wait. This is the longest hours I had waited for a service to my car .
Excellent service from Tommy. He gave all details and made sure I got the car when it was done. He went in the morning of his day off to finish all details and contacted me to pick up. Great job!!
